At Nexxus Solutions Group we measure each step of the process utilizing metrics to manage our process and improve results. Our management system will provide our contractors and service providers as well as our clients with online, real-time management information throughout the claim process.

There are many critical customer touch points throughout the claim process and we measure them each step of the way. The metrics measure our contractors and service providers’ performance, providing critical information to ensure we deliver on our promise.

Our loss cost measurements are broken down by trade, average paid, loss type, provider and zip code all bundled in a dashboard and related metric report package.

Key Performance Indicators

We have a standard reporting package, however we can add key metrics, which are client specific and can be reported weekly, monthly and on a year to date basis to our clients.

Customer Satisfaction Results
